Financial Info

We aim to provide the most efficient and convenient payment schedule and we will work with you to accommodate your needs. Every patient’s treatment plan is unique. We determine your fee according to your orthodontic condition, and the estimated duration of your treatment.

We are pleased to work with patients who have orthodontic insurance benefits. We will contact your insurance carrier and obtain an estimate of your orthodontic benefit.

Orthodontic insurance generally pays the estimated benefit over the course of treatment. A portion of the total treatment cost will be paid as the initial fee, and the balance will be paid to us in increments. If your insurance does not pay the maximum estimated amount, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.

There may be circumstances that will cause your insurance benefits to change, including but not limited to, an employer change in insurance carrier, change in insurance benefit level and change in job during treatment. If a change in your insurance occurs, please notify us as soon as possible.

Insurance estimates are based on records as of the date of inquiry. This information may not be accurate on the date services are rendered. The estimate is neither an authorization nor a guarantee of eligibility, benefit or payment. If estimated insurance payments become past due or cannot be collected for any reason, the patient will be held responsible for the unpaid insurance balance.

Payment Options

We offer several payment options:

  • Capital One Healthcare financing
  • Automatic payment using your credit (MasterCard, Visa) or debit card
  • Automatic checking account withdrawal (Ortho Banc)
  • For families who wish to pay in full at the beginning of treatment, we will provide a discounted fee of 5%, as your full payment saves us administrative time and cost.
